What Mika ate…homemade navy bean vegan sandwich for lunch, and blueberry banana ice cream for afternoon dessert😉


Homemade baked navy bean vegan sandsich:

1 15 oz. canned navy bean, organic oatmeal (or brown rice flour)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (about 190 degrees C)
mash navy bean with a fork (roughly)
add oatmeal/brown rice flour
Stir in ketchup (I love Annie’s Naturals Organic Ketchup), mustard sauce (Westbrae Natural Stoneground mustard),
garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, paprika, and chili powder if spicy is preferred. Mix well.
divide mixture into 4 patties
Place patties on baking sheet, and bake till hot, golden and crisp on each side…
 
Blueberry banana ice cream
only need 2 ingredients – banana, blueberry
1 frozen chopped organic banana, 1 cup of organic blueberry
Directions:
Just throw everything in food processor, process till creamy…
this ice cream is super duper easy…
we only need banana, and blueberry, no added processed ingredient, or sugar needed🙂
